This car really came as a surprise to me. I had no idea that a new GT was even on Fordās radar. . . I think maybe I was paying too much attention to the new GT350.
2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the original GTās 3 year reign of dominance at Le Mans. The GT from 2005ish was brought back as a centennial car, marking Fordās 100 year anniversary. The headlights even reference ā100āā¦
The past few years they have just been dominating, and yes the new stylings they have dropped are just awesome. They just announced in Detroit that 10 ānewā vehicles will be launched in the next 5 years.

I wonder if that US company Jay Leno did a feature on is supplying the CF wheels to ford. they made a big deal about trying to product CF wheels in mass.
