240sx: Heel/Toe

when i first got the 300 (yes i know it said 240 on the topic  ) i found the pedals very close together and would almost constantly hit the gas as i braked…after i installed my pedals, i now like need to twist my knee toward the door to keep from hitting the gas as i brake, the pedals are honestly like 1cm away from eachother and it’s very easy to “heel/toe” but i’ll hit the throttle even when i’m not trying to :?

I cant really get my foot very sideways down there. My knee is either hitting the steering wheel or the e-brake handle all the time.

i think its mainly an issue for us taller (i know i have a 200), i find if i try in my car my knees bang the wheel and it feels all fucked.

If you watch those crazy Japanese video’s, they actually pivot the ball of the foot on the brake pedal and swing their heel over to the gas… No aftermarket pedals either.

I’m not that talented, so I have a set of Razo’s, it’s quite effortless.

Sort of cheating, but hey, it works

Yea i don’t know how the hell they can move their heel like that

Double jointed hips?..

Really? I do it all the time. I do the ball of the foot on the brake and my heel on the gas. Works everytime.

I can get the ball of my foot over there, but i can’t get enough push on it to blip the throttle by any significant amount. I’m just not damn flexible enough i guess.
