26" vs 27" front runner

What are the benifits of taller vs. shorter front runners relating to reaction time, ET and mph. I searched for it with no results.

I run a 26" Hoosier front runner and was thinking of going to a 27" tire.

TIA
Tom

Taller tires take longer to roll out of the beam. Esentually giving you a head start. You can leave the line just a bit earlier before the E.T. timer starts. Some people even stagger the front tires to give the beam a larger profile. Putting the right front about an inch or two in front of the left.

Taller tire = Slower reaction times, Faster Et, Slower Mph
