2nd GEN DSM GUYS!!!

For the corner bumper lights, are they held in place by screws or clips? Or if it’s easier, how exactly do you go about removing the piece from the bumper?

On my Jetta they were spring loaded clips. You have to push in and slide one direction. I don’t know about eclipses, but maybe they’re the same?

everything on volkswagens is ass backwards…so thats probably not the case.

my mitsu 3000gt had screws holding in the corner lights. once theyre out, just slide it forward and out.

lol thread save

figured. lol

No screws. They clip in. You can reach in under the bumper and push them out.

Yeah. They’re clip ins. I just put a cloth over the lens and the bumper, and took a long flat head screw driver and pried them out. It’s real easy.

oh cool, that’ll be easy then, i just didnt feel like pulling the bumper off to get to screws or anything like that. clips work. lol
