I shipped my car from Denver to Atlanta, covered, for ~$750. Arrived early too. 
How can you put a price on driving a Porshce 2000 miles? Fuck, i’d have payed more to drive it back then ship it. Where is your spirit of adventure? It’s not like he fucking drove a Geo Metro 2000 miles
While I agree the adventure has its own appeal to it, burning serious highway miles in my new car doesn’t exactly make it super awesome. I was replying to his comment about it being $2k, you obviously can’t put a price on the time if that’s what you’d like to do. 
fuck ive shipped 2 cars before on an open trailer and paid like 800 each time. thats a great deal you got there sir. either way im happy with the choice i made.
