22" = rim
profile = 385/15 = 57.75mm = 2.27"
22"+2.27"=24.27" tall tire!!!
That’s shorter than even a 285/30/18 which is 24.8" damnnnnnnnn. Our tires are suppose to be 25" by the way.
So technically with the right offset and wide enough rear body we COULD fit it bwahaha

There are 2 sidewalls if you want to calculate for overall diameter.
So it’s really 57.75mm x 2 (for sidewalls) + 558.8mm (for the rim’s diameter) = 674.3mm.
674.3 / 25.4 = 26.55" or 26.6", give or take .1" due to tread height and stuff.

I think the dude had a good picture painted in his mind about the car when he started the project or bought the wheels lol but like me he just ran out of money. i truly think with the right man behind this project/a 240(s13/s14) it can look baller with 335`s of even bigger
but i got to agree with you tho the tires should sit under the car…porsche for example is 1 of the best handling cars n also make mega power when modified and the wheels do fit properly under the car.

That car was not slap together, and yea that car not making 700hp @10psi, we have one off the fastes 2jz cars in the crew and he made 828whp @ 31psi. The price is not bad for what you get. I wonder how much the rims cost.

Umm, If you know how to make a stock ecu work (-eprom+socket+some sort of chip burnner etc) you CAN make alot of hp.
You don’t need a viprec or whaterever the newest stand alone sytem is. just an understanding on how the factory ECU works.
Tuneing shops have been doing long ago before Power FC, AEM, and other stand alone systems were available.
I’ve first hand, seen a RB25 motor, running in a 240sx with an 300ZX ecu.
…DSM’s that run 10s with an eprom chip, Safc, and meth. DA1 can vouch for this. Its not rocket science(he still using my 1000cc injectors?) lol

Notice the one you have has fenders which completely cover the tire, also remember, that a 335 is almost an inch wider.
Thanks, but a MAP ECU is non of those things…it’s a cheap piggy-back that I have personally seen do a pretty piss poor job of controlling an engine. I have nothing against socketting so I have no idea wtf you’re talking about. Before you get preachy you’d better really understand what you’re taking about.

Dan on the other hand i wouldnt trash the mapecu, lots of guys use it and it works or i should say it does the job... for example (a kid with an integra typeR thinks its the shit until he gets a ride in a M3) likewise a tuner like yourself have gotten alot of exposure in this business to better ecms like AEM,MOTEC,VIPEC etc systems that are far superior to piggybacks and eprom ecus, so naturally your expectations would be a lot more demanding. its like getting a ride in a 200whp car after youve been in lots of 600whp not even 300whp will phase you.
It wont take TOO much more to make that car look good with those 335`s… it definately needs a wider wide body,maybe a rear diffuser along with a full bodykit and paint job to match and it would probably make it in some car mags…
