the 3.8 supercharged engines ahve always had issues. i had the regular 3.8 in gp, and got it to hit 246on a dyno with some mods, my buddy hit almost 300 hp with his gtp, but the engine went at 60,000 miles. for some reason, they have a ton problems past 50,000 miles. if your serious about your gp, drop in the regular 3.8, and modify that. there are a ton of parts for that engine now, and they even have a turbo for it. go to www.pfyc.com, they have anything you can imagine for the gp’s.
Thanks,but i have been in the GP community b4 intense,pfyc,zzp and all the other were still out,hell i was in it b4 they even made the 3.4 sc pulley and have taken these motors aprt time after time. What didu have done to you N/A gp? kinda odd numbers for a na man…

i had corsa cat-back, other guys headers, flashed ecu, crane cams, msd ignition coils, rockers and valve spring upgrade, k&n cone filter, koni adj. struts, eibach springs. i was going to get the turbo, but my tranny went. i loved that car, i wish i had another one. the new ones look like ass.
hmmmm…i don,t think u had the numbers u qouted b4 to me with just those mods,but all the same…i like htese cars but i ma in the works for a LS1 here very soon:cool:

im pretty sure the problem is behind the wheel lol jk… i say just put this stock motor in and sell the damn thing but u know if u need help give me a call man. ill try and help some more with this motor atleast now i can lift stuff
