I can’t believe I offer FREE pizza and noone shows up or calls lol.
Poor Butch had to sample about 5 pizzas.I know now that my pizza cooks best at about 515’.
The one pizza I made was just plain great.
I’m about 95% sure I have the dough where I want it:) .
Did spend another $5K tho today.
