As for the bent frame rail, I have tried capturing the damage as best as possible.
I made a video instead of a picture going parallel to the passenger side frame rail, hope you can see where it’s bent.(dried dirt makes it difficult)

you wont be able to tell by watching video… its a old school way but you gotta measure the one corner to the other and c if it matches with the other.
