Assuming you have an answer, I have a question. What kind of voltage would a fuel pressure sensor send to an ecu? perhaps i have a fps code and I don’t have the actual sensor but I need to put the voltage to the ecu…what would said voltage be? I don’t particularly care about a full tank of gas, but I for sure don’t want the voltage for an empty one. If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it.
Fuel pressure sensor or fuel level sensor? You asked about fuel pressure, but then start talking about fuel level. The fuel level sensor is done by ohms not volts I believe. Fuel pressure sensor voltage? Im not positive, but I can look on my vantage tomorrow at work and see what it says the ecm should be seeing.
Yes, sorry that was confusing. I would like to know the pressure voltage or resistance or whatnot
its a resistance. When I get a chance I will put my meter on it an d see what it is.
Full - 2-5ohms
Empty - 105-110 ohms
a 50 ohm resistor will be in the middle
