Hey there,
I am thinking of cutting the AC connectors off of my SR front clip and hooking it up to my KA chasis so I can hookup the SR AC pump. Would cutting the rubber area, and using a copper tube to connect the old KA hoses on the car to the SR pump be a good idea? Using hose clamps and all, would it hold the high pressures generated by the A/C pump?

I would have to go with no, but ill ask my dad who did A/C work for iver 20 years for a forsure answer.

You can cut and weld the aluminum pipes, or get new fittings crimped on at some places.
