The first is the Imported Vehicle Owners Association of Canada. Here you can find general RHD discussions, rumors, legality discussions, media appearances and more.
Next up with a blog that is quite goood at keeping up with RHD news.

One last thing you can do to keep up with the news is to sign up for your own google account. From there you can choose to be alerted on certain keywords or phrases such as “right hand drive” or “rhd”. Google has a web crawler that will search the net for news with those keywords and then email them to you. You do get a lot of garbage (depending on how specific you search words are) but also come across great info from time to time.
