This is a step by step guide on how to make the perfect burn out box on the go:

1. Find a building with a readily accessible spigot
2. Make sure you have adequate transportation for said water
3. Have a friend walk out into the road to stop traffic
4. Spread water evenly across both lanes to ensure proper lubrication for all wheels to be spun
5. Step back and admire
6. Turn around and place your hands behind your back and ready your self for a vip tour of the local Law Enforcement building
