if theres any question, then I dont think they should be put to death.
I also believe that we shouldnt work so hard (and spend so much $) to make the prison system so comfy for its inmates. Also, we should seperate violent criminals and non-violent criminals. The one for violent criminals should be pretty bare. The other ones shouldnt be that bad.
And as far as the ACLU, sure theres plenty of causes they take up that I dont agree with. But then again, theres plents of causes they take up that THEY dont want to take up. Freedom and civil liberties belong to everyone, but unfortunately many times its cases that arent so popular that the government oversteps its boundaries. You think that the ACLU actually LIKES NAMBLA and the Neo-Nazi’s? Of course not, but they have just as much of a right to say and believe what they want as you or I, even though its not the popular way of thinking. They dont really have an agenda to push like teh NAACP and Jesse Jackson (who you keep trying to lump in with the ACLU). They are just trying to defend peoples rights as described by law.
