I remember seeing it’s intro on Discovery’s documentary of the rich people in the UAE, and finally saw it on Speed today.

I actually don’t like concept of the entire series running similar cars, but you can’t argue about the entertaining racing.

great concept, great series. Keeping the ‘formula’ similar ( cars similar ) allows all sorts of countries to compete, not just the few 1st world world countries that do in 90% of the worlds racing at the moment. Similar in fact to the CART layout . The added benefit is close, tight racing, pretty much the antithesis of F1, which is boring as hell.
Well worth a watch.
