Anyone happen to notice if there ABC feed was fubaring during Dancing with the Stars my wife’s Dancing with the Stars has a lot of macroblocking and stuttering it in no signal drop or anything.
She is quite irritated (understatement of the year)

i walked in the house and my mom was bitching about it, she called my sister who has time warner and they had the problem too, then she called dish network to report it, they said its ABC’s signal…
DB4 is on order(actually shipped) but that doesn’t answer my question. I wanted to know if the problem was isolated to me, all Dish Subs in Buffalo or did other people see it with Dancing with the Stars specifically.
word, sorry not a fan of that FGGT show. i did learn today though, that the contract between abc and time warner is also up, but they got a 15 day extension. pretty soon 7 and 4 will both be gone from time warner.
Neither am I but it keeps the wife happy.
The local ABC affiliate is not LIN tv and you have not seen any mud slinging on that one, I think they will come to some sort of agreement.
Lin TV started the mud slinging against TW saying they where not answering calls which was a outright lie.
As fucked up as that situation is LIN is wrong and TW is fighting the good fight in this situation as much people don’t seem to get.
ch 7 news was all jacked up too
I work for Time Warner… Believe me Lin TV’s Advertising is sucking in other markets so what it is doing is trying to overcharge us way more than is needed since our contract was expiring. And TW could have given in and raised all the rates in the area but TW didnt want to do that. So they are renegotiating.
I am an internet tech support guy so I dont know to much about the cable side but we were given a company email about it.
