20 people possibly injured. Maybe more. Reports are possibly 3 people armed with body armor have gotten away but all first reports.
Initial report is 3 fully armed shot in a building known for training disabled persons to reenter work force. Have left scene after police responded quickly from being close by. All initial tho so may change as more reporters show up.

They seem to be keeping people away from the scene so the shooter may still be in the area or in the building. Cameras are asked not to shoot the facility.
Guess the shooters are believed to be gone in a SUV and cops are looking into a device inside the building while clearing rooms and securing people.
