Twas a cargo plane. First guestimates are that the load slid towards the back of the plane, making it virtually uncontrollable.
I think the news said 7 people were on it.

If it was indeed rear heavy, wouldn’t it have fallen rear first instead of being able to pitch forward like it did in it’s last seconds of life?
Everything about the video points to weight being in the rear, but I don’t feel like explaining it. Also, it’s purely speculation at this point.
