Apparently it’s a way to get a cheap place to stay when you travel. For example - I found an appartment in NYC 2 blocks from Times Square for $100/night that sleeps 4 people. That’s $25/night to stay in Manhattan!
Just curious if anyone has ever used it and could tell us a little more.
There’s also http://www.rentmix.com which is really neat but seems to be a little more expensive. I think places on rentmix might offer a little more though as far as services.
I would ask facebook see if any of my friends tried it…

Haha, nope. I know that no one on my friends list of my dormant account would have though - here, I wasn’t so sure.
With the large number of weird people in NYC that might be sketchy…
Other areas might not be so bad
I think I watched Hostel to many times.
Haha yeah Hostel has made me skeptical of going to Eastern Europe.
I think it would be hard to find many sketchy apartments in the time square area. I would still be careful, though.
