What is the “problem”?
If we have reserves, we have no problem.
We have huge reserves. We have just been so comfy sitting on ridiculously large reserves. Now, they aren’t quite so large.
this is true, but we have not built a refinery since like the 70s. our useage for gas is going up at a constant rate and the rate at which they can refine the petrolium stays constant. It then creates a problem of not being able to handle the amount of reserves we have. Just something I read somewhere.
