I think he made the spacers on the Lathe.

I made the same ones about 2 years ago; they work great. I did something similar for the spacers; but I just used a cut-off saw for mine.

I do suggest the Seals-it rod-end seals if you are going to be doing street driving; normal street dust and crap will eat those rod-ends alive, and for the $10 or so it costs for the 12 that you’ll need it’s cheap compared to 6 new rod-ends.

I drove on mine for 2-3 years with seals and the ends are still like new; typically they last 1 or 2 seasons before they are completely beat without seals.
