And my full street trim weight is........

Look how balanced left to right it is, without even trying!!

For comparison, I was 2530# last year in full race trim. That was like 1 gallon of gas, passenger seat, seat bracket, and harness all removed, as well as center console and floor mats removed. This year, all of that was in there, and tank was 3/4 full (3 gallons).

So, not too bad! Also cool is these are the tires that I drive on the street with, so when I get to the track, all I have to do it drive, I don’t have to do any prep at all. So, it is 26# heavier than last year, but 1000x easier!

All of this was achieved by removing all of the extra wiring (20#), different tires (4# heavier than last year), and then whatever difference in fuel.

Is this a drag car? or do you plan to road course it? That is really light

Street / drag car. It wouldn’t be able to make it one lap on a road course, it would either flip over, run out of gas, or just starve gas :frowning:

Nice. You should set it up with you in it, and the correct tire pressure (which can make a big difference).

Dan

Still needs a bigger fuel cell.

Nice job
