Other driver got a failure to yield of right away ticket . But the investigating officer called my last aunt this a.m and they gonna charge her with d.w.a.I and vehicular manslaughter as she tested positive for opiates . My Grampa is in hosp now for issues from him drinking and smoking after all of this . Right now all of this is bearing its tole on the family
