i just went from 825/6 months to 495/6 months on a 350z on my switch to geico, highly recommended. although after i did make the switch, then my current insurance company offered 620/6 months, which i would have considered had i not switched yet.
i saved 620 a year , me being 18, two tickets…went from 2220 ish to 1600 a year
switching to geico saved me $890 every 6 months. how could i say no?
I’m 23, no tickets, clean record. Progressive was cheaper than Geico when I put the Camaro on the road this April. They weren’t much higher though.
i was paying 1950/6 months for my focus with full coverage and a 95 cirrus with comp thru state farm
i now pay 1557/6 months for a new escape and my focus both with full coverage. if my girl would have keep the cirrus, it was down to 1100 and some change every 6 months
geico FTMFW
it has a ton to do with credit.
Even if you have a good driving record, and shit credit, you are going to get dicked on the rate.
They basically don’t want to insure people with shit credit, they view them as irresponsible, so they have a high risk there, so they charge alot to cover your high risk.
I have awesome credit, no tickets, no accidents, live by myself, own a home, over 25 (way over)…:gotme:
I left Geico 3 months ago, 'cause they were almost double, $1000 a year geico, to $600 a year through my agent. (not with the same company as my home owner’s)
