They said they thought it was a passanger but it turned out it was another spectator that ended up through the windshield into his car, even more traumatic imo.
I blame the guy in the Crown Vic, for nothing more then being at the wrong place at the wrong time…
Headlights weren’t on? Lame excuse when they are all facing the opposite direction, how would that help?
