im looking to have an engine built or rebuilt. im not sure which route i want to go yet, i have a 5.2 318. but it is in need of some help. it runs, no leaks, but very very very little power, even for a 318. its all stock.
if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. thanks.
i go to K-S…but if your trying to get it in anytime soon, forget it…race engines start at the end of the month and it pretty much ties them guys up for a while…wouldnt hurt to call them though.

i just knew it was j and l i wasnt sure about the rest lol its been a lil while but yes i highly reccomend them they did my dads motor
J&L did a couple of my friends motors…they also milled my wheel spacers down for me a bit…good people
In general, the best route for a stock replacement is a “crate” engine with your tired motor serving as a core.
