Here at Fidelis, we have three open System Engineer II positions in our Enterprise Infrastructure Services Group.

Here is each position with the area of focus.

  • Microsoft Exchange engineer with experience in email migrations.
  • QARR (Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements) program support - requires a solid foundation of Windows server and application knowledge but a great attitude and being able to troubleshoot and figure things out.
  • A generalist, with knowledge in our key areas - Windows, Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, etc.

Out of curiosity…what is the generalist’s salary range?

^Ha, thanks dude. I don’t really have experience in Exchange other than some minor mailbox creations here and there. Proficient in Windows, pretty good in server (I manage Sharepoint and System Center Configuration Manager a majority of the time).

Not completely sure but I believe a Sys Engineer II is probably 50k-80k range, could possibly pay higher for the right experience but probably 50k-80k depending on experience
