I don’t know why, but for the past few months, I’ve had this thing where I get kinda shaky and anxious on Sundays or Mondays. It usually lasts all day, until I get home from work, sit down, relax, have dinner and a few beers and a little scotch, etc.
Last weekend, I had a cold and I just sat at home all weekend. I would’ve thought somehow the lack of outdoors, messing with the car, and not going out and having beers with the guys at night would help - turns out I woke up shaking Saturday morning. I took some medicine and I was alright for a bit, until the evening, until I went to my girlfriend’s house for wine, which calmed it down again.
I don’t feel like seeing a doctor yet…any ideas? :bloated:
