Too late. Although in their defense the reason their dog doesn’t get sufficient exercise (in my arrogant and unqualified opinion) is because their newborn has special needs and they’re putting all their energy into taking proper care of him. They’ve got their priorities straight, but I still feel bad for the dog that it gets drugged instead of dealing with the real reason why it’s a spaz.

I was kidding about the reproducing part but I dont think any dog should be on medication for moods or having seizures ect.
