Grammarian is the member responsible for providing feedback on the use of English during the course of the meeting. This role truly provides an opportunity to improve listening skills as well as to tactfully give feedback. For example:
- Gender, Tense mix-ups
- Improper language/word
- Appropriate word(s) if speaker had struggled for suitable word(s)
- Other grammatical error(s)
Over 1 year and 1 prepared speech later… I’m still no fan of public speaking.
