You, myself & others here had a really good (lucky) time with zero issues. And we ended things on our terms before something happened.
The local Police are FULLY aware of what goes down at 716’s “spot”… they tolerate it for now.

I’m not saying people are showing plates and or speeds, but I’m definitely seeing people chime in pointing out under the videos in the comments that they were the ones driving, or buddies blow them in by saying who was driving the car.
Again I’m not saying racing isn’t cool or that this is stupid… the way its being handled just seems teenager like. FB is kind of the last place I’d like to be advertising everything I’m doing when its illegal. It just seems like the page is very easy going and lays out to much info to easy. Maybe not by most people or on most post, but I’ve definitely come across a few.

I think I’d show up to more of these but I cant stand some of the “Bros” that show up or those guys that are just douchebags to be around.
I know a bunch of guys are hard asses on here when talking on the forum and when in person are down to earth nice people, some of the people I’ve noticed around the 716 scene are guys I don’t really think I’d like to be around. It always seems like a group that has the cops watching everything they do.
I’m super interested in cars, just not sitting in parking lots circle jerking each other and then street racing with siqqqqqqqq youtube videos.
I have better things to do.

There are all kinds of groups on 716 currently domestic, import, drag racers, drifters, etc
People sit on here all day and have nothing do with cars besides hate on everything car related other people do.

Normally I don’t want anything to do with street youths or other dumb dickheads that have sagging pants and the like. I showed up to one of those meets a few weeks back and although there was some riff raff there, it was overall a nice get together with plenty of normal enthusiasts.
In my mind there are two types of 716 racing people:
city street racing, 95 in a 30 at 3 am type person
or
get together with a few other folks, kick some tires, talk gears, and maybe go for a normal paced cruise.
as with anything with life if you’re looking hard enough for it you can find trouble.
yes unfortunately with the 716 group you get some vets that are mid 20’s-30’s that are more laid back and past that stage, however you also have some 16-18 yr old’s that are invincible just like we all were at that age.
