I have no Idea what functions to look at for some data analysis.
I have a sheet with thousands or rows, and hundreds of columns.
1 row for every minute.
I would like to generate a summary over smaller time segments.
Nothing difficult, just averaging data over a given time frame and
putting those numbers into a summary sheet.
My problem is that the manual method it time consuming and The relevant time for tests is not consistent (some 30 min, some 4 hours)
I suck at making sheets that are smarter than I am and I do not know VB.
Any thoughts?

Not sure how to explain it.
Data collection is automated.
It generates a sheet and adds a new row every minute.
I need to get data from that sheet, average it over X minutes, and return the average to a summary page.

So you have something that constantly writes data to spreadsheet and you want run querys on the data? and generate reports?
Have you heard of a database? It’s a new technology…

The average If idea looks promising.
I don’t mind copying the data into the same workbook.
I could use a database…
But then all my spreadsheets that are generated from a BASIC module in my PLC would go to waste.
why not post a sample of what you want… or the entire thing who cares… It would be 190823047129834123 times easier
