anyone have a turbo obd2 honda?

if so what engine managment are you using. if you are converted to obd1 to tune with crome etc then how do you get your car to pass inspection

you dont…you convert it back to obd2 and dont boost it…

talk to redrocket

basically you use a 2->1 conversion harness to run your engine management (aem, hondata, crome, ectune, whatever) then swap in the stock ecu and injectors come inspection time and vacuum drive the thing to the inspection place.

orrrrrrrr just get a hookup…but that would be illegal and wrong

there really are NO ways to tune on obd-2 for hondas? thats kinda shitty/rediculous/inconvenient

+1.
You’d think by now they would have come up with something.

my setup is conversion harness with a p28, then swap my p2p in for inspection

Kpro

yea with k series kpro is the shit… i have an obd2 boosted teg but i used a chipped p28 and had to buy a obd2-obd1 conversion harness. to be honest its not rly a good idea because youll always have a problem with inspections and shit

early OBD2 can be tuned; however, it is not cost effective.

there is no place on the board for an eprom. so that means you have to replace the processor. they are only write once, cost over 100 dollars each, and are extremely hard to come by.

obd1 conversion
switch back to obd2, open wastegate, and stock injectors for inspection

ya

or just buy an eg

well you can piggyback it, aem or afc hack but idn if it will pass inspection with those running on it either

this is pretty interesting
