That would suck if it gets a hit on carfax because some lot boy smashed it up. Now your car is worth xxxx instead of xxxxx.
I asked about this already same thought came to my head. I believe they cover this all internally and it doesn’t get written up as being in an accident. If it does I need to go after Towne for the depreciation costs… how that is calculated I’m not sure but a friend told me that would be my only choice.
I think we all need to understand that car dealerships are run by humans and often humans make mistakes. When a company goes through hundreds of cars per month between sales and service, things are bound to happen. The thing I like about Towne BMW is that they always seem to try to do the right thing for good people. (guy who parked his baby blue BMW out front aside, lol)
If i’m ever back in town and baller enough to ever snag an m car, i’ll come to you guys for sure.
