let me know what you guys are doing after the game, i’m sure we’d like to head out and grab a bunch of beers after the sabres slaughter the flyers. Be even better to do it with a lot of sabres fans, the original dave & busters is about 10min from the arena.
i found a pretty good deal at a microtel in philly for $100/night for two beds…seems to be the best price for being ~5 miles away from the arena

Thursday 4/5: Anberlin @ House of Blues in Cleveland
Friday 4/6: Indians home opener vs Mariners
Saturday 4/7: drive to philly, party with my nukkra twizzzzzzzzted and his 34 friends lol
Sunday 4/8: Sabres game at 1, drive back afterwards
if you want to go, you’re welcome to join, but you would need to find your own anberlin and indians tickets b/c i already got ours for that…but i can get you a ticket to the flyers game with us no problem…lemme know…

that hotel is in center city, all the bars there are trendy ones, where almost everyone will be wearing a sport coat and a mixed drink is at least $8. You guys are probably looking for party bars right? It’ll only be like $5 cab ride to the good bars.

shampoo nightclub - pretty cool, a larger nightclub, they pump foam down the walls, lots of young hotties. Comparable to how Level is on chippewa http://www.shampooonline.com/

tiki bobs - one of my favorites, its a typical bar comparable to The Steer with the big wooden bar. Gets packed on weekends, girls jump up on the bar to dance, throw napkins around, walk on the bar pouring out free shots type place. http://www.tikibobsphilly.com/home.asp

Finnegan’s wake - my favorite bar. 2 floors unless it gets packed then they open up a 3rd floor. Usually a live band on the main floor, 2nd story is open in the middle so you can look down onto the 1st floor. McFaddens - good food, its a sports bar/restaurant during the day, their crab fries are awesome. Can get packed on the weekend, lots of girls, dance floor. http://www.mcfaddensphilly.com/homepage.php There’s also a mcfadden’s in the hockey arena, i’ll probably be there before the game getting food/drinks.
there’s also a lot of other bars mixed in that area that i just haven’t been to yet

id like to get a def meeting spot then post a meet and try to get a good 100 or so buffalo fans in one place to start some lets go buffalo chants and such like we did here in tampa earlier this year

nope i’ve never been there before. there’s a sports bar in the hockey arena called chickies & petes that might be a good place to meet before the game. Me and the people i’m going with are up for hanging out before & after the game, we’ll probably head there early anyway, maybe show up to the arena around 9 or 10 and do some tailgating. Since its an earlier game are you all planning to go out drinking afterwards?
no we gotta get on the bus right away and head home
