Anyone know a good paint place

So I have a few scratches straight to the primer on my bumper that I would like to have taken care of soon, I also have 2 small rust spots, about the size of a nickel and quater on my rear wheel wells that I would deff like taken care of before the winter really hits.

Anyone know a good place to have that taken care of thats not gonn totally rip me off. The scratches on the bumper can wait if need be but I deff want the rust to be taken care of.

Any help would be appreciated thanks
