i am out near irwin and have about 10 catalytic converters i cut off some mustang h pipes and want to cash in. anyone know any local scrap yards that buy converters?
obviously the closer to me the better.

Theres one in the strip district called stellas. I beleive they pay pretty good also.
City Scrap yards dont pay well
Thats what i heard. I called down there once and the guy said he would pay up to $75 dollars for a factory cat. Now i’m not sure if thats good or not cause i’ve never turned in scrap for cash.

Brian i found out, Stainless steel is $0.65 a pound…
About the same price as aluminum cans. im sure its higher in stick land
