Hey i noticed that at canadian tire, they do have duplicolour auto paint for import cars and i manged to find the correct colour code… but the problem is that the cans are so small and they are like $7 each… does anyone know where i can buy them in bulk or buy bigger cans from? Thanks in advance!
do you want a bigger can like one that you thin and then use in a spray gun?
canadian tire has duplicolor or something, partsource has a better selection I believe.
If you pay a bodyshop they could mix you up any color with a high quality paint system … might be your best bet.
Well the ones that they sell are 5oz cans… but i want something bigger because i wanna do a few coats and thats gonna be like a few cans :S so yeah… its gonna cost a lot to paint… I’m actually thinking of going to a bodyshop to get it all painted though… becoz i got to repaint my lip, skirts, and then rear valence…
You might be able to pick it from C-Max, it’s on Glen Erin Drive, between Dundas and burnhamthorpe. If you take a left on Glen Erin from Dundas, it’ll be on your left hand side. They supply paint and accessories, not sure if they have duplicolour, but it should be close to you (oakville).

Yah CMAX gives you a like jumbo sized aerosol can custom mixed to your color for $20…
The Sherwin Williams (automotive) in Kitchener will colour-match a sample (gas filler door) and mix a large spray bomb for ~$20. Used this a bunch of times for work. It’s supposed to be automotive paint but I’ve never used it for outdoor service. Try a location closer to you and try just giving them the paint code first.
Keep in mind a high-metallic or pearl colour isn’t going to look right and a proper (expensive, 2-part) clearcoat on top is probably the only thing that’s going to last in the Ontario climate.
There was a guy on this forum offering cheap, bodyshop paintjobs. Don’t have time to find it for you.
