i’ve talked to owner on the phone, and he’s great. very helpful and isn’t in a rush to get off the phone.
he said depending on what kind of turbo it is, some parts may cost more or be more difficult to find than others, which is fair.
i’ve HEARD they do good work even though i never went further than a phone conversation, but the quote i got also wasn’t “cheap” aka not worth it.
Yeah thats what I’ve heard…apparently quotes were pretty high for an RB25 sized turbo. Ah the hunt for decent turbos continues.
if you wanna compare, he quoted me ~600 for a td06 17c. its a little smaller than a 20g, and hard to find parts. needles to say, i didn’t do it
yeah he does great work but $$$ better to buy a brand new turbo for $200 extra
thing is you can bring him stupid ebay turbo and he will make it into a crazy hyper.
