like the title states, looking to see if anyone has experience setting up a sole propreitorship and then becoming a non profit entity.

I have some experience with it, did a sole proprietorship for school when we did an invest ment firm type deal, and we also had files with the state for non-profit because of the fact we were using it to learn… I’ll try and help as much as I can if you want to PM me or hit me up on AIM.
