I’m still out fairly often in the river area and I’m seeing less and less PWC’s. Anyone here still riding? Just got a few parts put on and I’m anxious to ride.
I’d be interested in a few races too especially if anyone here has a fast sea doo.
EDIT: I’m heading out on the river at 4pm. Anyone else want to man up and hit the water? I’ve got an extra pair of new waterproof gloves if anyone needs them.
I haven’t been out in about 2 weeks, but I am determined to get out at least one or two more times this year. I will probably go out this weekend as long as the weather is not complete shit.
One tip i have is check out yamaha dealers for old wetsuit stock. I bought a two piece full body suit for $60.
Do you go from a dig or from a roll of sorts?
Mostly you go from holeshot (dig). If it’s an older or slower ski I usually let them go from a roll and I go from holeshot.
how warm does the lake get? is it generally pretty cool the whole season or does it get reasonably warm? I’m not a big one for the water.

I’m heading out on the river in about an hour. It’s 65 and relatively sunny.
craappp … a bunch of the stand ups (friends) were riding out at niagra falls for some wierd ass reason lol but im out car shopping today otherwise i would say i could head down to the river… It is a pretty nice wavey day out there go to thelake and tear it up!
The water in the east river was pretty calm. The west river had 2-3 ft swells with an occasional 4fter. Basically abandoned though besides two fishing boats. Do a lot of people fish this late in the season? On those tiny little boats too, must be cold.
Friday is going to be nice and sunny. Me and a friend and possibly n20junkie are going on the water leaving from tonawanda island. Last week the water was calm and it was an awesome ride. If anyone here has an rxtx or rxpx that’s still out I’d definitely be willing to make it interesting. Let’s get some end of season runs in!
