If you train for certain sports you can really eat whatever you want and stay in shape - I run on my own and then train with the team. And yes, I do wake up at 5 in the morning to do it

I run 3 miles a day…i need to start lifting weights again though. But i dont take any supplements…I just eat good. I work at a restaurant too…its all about self control. That shit will kill ya.

When I was actually using the Nordic Track every day, I was starting to look slimmer, but then I got sick (and lazy). I’m not really a fat ass (for those of you that don’t know me and/or haven’t seen my pics) I just need to tone up.

Possibly, the difference is whether or not a woman goes to extreme lengths to make herself thinner, as in puking up what she eats, or not eating at all. Both of which are quite grotesque.

I need to loose wieght bad but I have a hard time with it. Primarily due to my eating schedule. Since i work a swing shift my eating times during the day get all fucked up and if we are really busy some times I don;t get to eat at all. I know it sounds wierd but lack of eating or eating one big meal a day makes you gain weight, since the body is made for survival. It sstores everything because it don;t knwo when its going to eat again.
Hell I used to work out when I was Living at the fire station and it still didn;t help primarily due to working 60-80 hours on a ambulance a week plus going back to the station and running calls. Its kinda hard to cook right when you are running out the door all the time.
Hell I switched doctors at one time because I was looking for some type of plan and all the doc would ever say is diet and exercise. I got to the point where I stopped going to the doctors because I they just couldn’t grasp the concept I was explaining. The next doctor at least told me I have a slow matabilisim to begin with but did nothing further that wouldn’t cost me 500 bucks a week in food to buy shit I could prepare and take with me to eat on the run. :rolleyes:
What really irritates me is I don;t eat too many fired foods anymore or fast food because it makes me sick. I cook a lot at home and eat lots of veggies and fruits. So who knows. Maybe I should quit my job and get a boring 9-5er and get paid 7 bucks an hour like some of these docs suggest :rolleyes:

sometimes there’s nothing you can do, i eat junk all day and i can’t gain a freaking pound nor do i have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I eat at fucked up times too, like i stay up till 3 am and eat.

I used to manage a store in the south hills called Supplement Warehouse for 4 years. They moved to Atlanta which sucked for me. I was thinking about applying at a few GNC’s but was hesitant due to the commision garbage. and I used to lift alot more then I do now. I still get out 3 times a week but its not enough, its so much better if you have someone else to motivate you.
