my girl lives 10 minutes from there, ive been there sa couple time and there only hiring people with massive amount of college credits. ive got 4 interviewis this week, and 5 if lia nissan needs another tech, they said they “would call me friday” to give me a heads up. im not holding my breath. Either body shop/welding is what im aiming for. might goto modern welding school for some credits. ill already knoiw how to weld well with mig and tig… so it shouldnt be too bad

super steel is hiring noob welders. not the best place in the world . but they’ll train ya sum what and u can get paid for it. all u have to do is be able to turn welder on and make sum sort of blue light with it and ur good… :wow
get paid to learn as opposed to pay modern welding for useless instruction. hmmm??? 75 students three teachers. u do the math. unless u want to practice to get cerified i wouldn’t go to modern. but thats just me…
god damn it I went to super steel and they said I had to be certified for the positions that they were hiring for I can tig and mig stupid fuckers I live 500ft from there so it would have been convienient
i applied at stuper steel about 5 times since feb. and they got back to me in july saying i had to be certified.
modern welding sucks. based upon there course cost to do what i know, and the 75/3 ratio is fn stupid

Yeah you really should, I went for 2 years at HVCC for electronics and I got a pretty decent job.

well things have changed. they r hiring anybody. i swear there just getting people from under man hole covers in Schenectady. they just hired 5 people with no experience at all and trained them.
I’m in pretty good with guy who makes the hiring decision. try again or give me your name and i will talk to him about it.
