If you havent heard this happened just this morning

First on live tv a white unarmed reporter(Alison Parker, 24) and a white unarmed camera man(Adam Ward, 27) were shot and killed by an armed black man (Vester Lee Flanagan/Bryce Williams, 41).
Soon after that the armed black man posted a video of himself killing the two on liveleak, twitter and facebook
During a chase with the cops the black man kills himself

Go to any news station and youll find it.

His motive…she made racist comments to him

Reports have it the gunman has shot himself on I66, listed in critical condition. This is a little over an hour away from me.

gunman now being reported as dead. I visited smith mountain lake and was at that plaza in early July.

The title of this post is just infuriating. The information in it is 100% incorrect.

The shooter is still alive.

The shooter saying “she made racist comments” isn’t factual. You’re taking the word of a clearly unstable guy who just shot three innocent people, on air.

You have a mentally unstable guy, who used racism as an excuse for his personal social issues, mental sickness and agenda.

I’m willing to bet he came onto this girl at some point and she rejected him. If you look at his twitter it’s filled with posts that aren’t reasonable for a sane 41 year old to post with a public image to uphold, pictures of him modeling, in speedos, a picture of his “sexy bed”. It’s just beyond strange.

From the first POV video, he was clearly targeting the reporter. The other two just so happened to get in the way, or Ward was his 2nd target. If Ward did go to HR on him, I bet it’s because he was super creepy towards Parker and she rejected him.

Because the color of the shooter/victims has nothing to do with this story. “Reporter and Cameraman killed ON-AIR by disgruntled former Co-Worker” is a lot more feasible than - “White people killed by black guy while working”.

This is what pisses me off. Imagine if a while guy who had a past of making racial allegations at multiple employers gunned down two ex black coworkers and published a gopro first person of the shooting on all his social media accounts.

You don’t think mainstream media would be doing everything they could to play up to racial aspect of the story, instead of doing everything in their power to ignore it like they are now?

I agree with this. However, black/white/yellow/pink/purple/turquoise - from all accounts, this guy was unstable and extremely hard to work with. He was fired for being a pain in the ass and having outbursts. He only made allegations of racism AFTER he was fired. The GM of the station said that it seemed he would try and use ANYTHING he could against someone as being discriminatory or malicious. It would be a ‘racist’ thing, if he killed them because they were white. It’s a complete mental thing to kill them because “they made racist comments and went to HR on me.” If it’s about race, you don’t kill someone because they are racist, you kill them because they are white/black/indian/asian. It stops being about racism, when you video tape it and post it on Facebook. Now it’s about you being completely nuts.
