So you lift and still use BMI? lol
You should know BMI is a joke
As mentioned above by Beck try Aquino/Hartrich/Hrab/etc… on Maple.
I’ve been going there all my life and they treat many of the Sabres, who I’ve seen there over the years

BMI is a complete joke. I’m 5’8 @ 195. So 29.3 pounds over what BMI says I’m supposed to be. I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been in.
Should of stripped down in front of the nurse and been like, “Ayo gurl, wanna see overweight?” Turn your doctors visit into a fantasy.
I’m going to go out on a limb too, and say that probably if one were to be taking steroids one would not be questioning why ones liver is being harmed.
People on gear have a little different mindset (google: Zyzz), and wouldn’t be proud of a .5lb bulk
But hey, if Ronnie and Jay can claim natty I guess we all can.
I do wonder how Ronnie is a LEO in Arlington though, unless they’re not subject to drug/performance enhancing tests. Or maybe that physique is really achievable naturally. o.O
All natty.
Haha, Yes but. They thing that irritates me the most but I don’t say because it seems shallow… Is that she was incredibly overweight. Obese overweight for sure, had to be pushing 180+ herself. Every time I see her she gets bigger and I wonder how many of those little Dr. stools she’s broken. CLEARLY whale, no mistake. Unless she secretly has Ronnie’s body except much softer/squishy looking. Major chub face.
I don’t think ronnie Coleman has been working in law enforcement for a while.
so are you saying you’re not even taking creatine?
BMI is a weight over height function. Stop focusing on it. Its merely a guide to help fit a majority of the average public into an easily referenced table for “healthy weight”
@Hass have you talked with your primary? Depending on what your current setup is going into the show, its easier to continue to deal with someone who is familiar and comfortable with you. In my much younger years my primary had asked me if I was “on” and while I wasn’t and never was, I would have been comfortable telling him and requesting the appropriate monitoring. I have worked with Leddy and even taken a couple classes with Darling in the past and they are physicians that specialize in the athletic community for general health as well as some minor injury situations however neither to my knowledge are orthopaedic surgeons, which is a practitioner that deals explicitly with the surgical correction(in many cases) of issues, not specifically monitoring body function.
What I am getting at is you don’t necessarily need a “sports medicine” professional as much as you need someone who you can communicate with and who will do what you ask for your own well being considering your show prep. Obviously it helps to work with someone versed in athletics but if you are dealing with someone who works in athletics who doesn’t deal with those who(typically) have to monitor liver function(guys that use oral anabolics) he/she may not know what the customary protocols are anyway.
You just need to find someone who is familiar with the stresses of bodybuilding, and/or someone you are comfortable voicing your concerns to and will do the appropriate follow ups. It also depends on how far from your own baseline your liver activity elevation really is, just keep that in mind.
It’s pretty easy - find a doctor who’s not a retard.
I used to be an athlete.
I told my white-bread primary care physician I took steroids, he was like ok lets monitor, that was that. I was 180 lbs, 5’6", single digit bodyfat.
Now . . . . nowhere near that but I’ve also been steroid free for at least 7 years.
Are you know like 150lbs? Or you able to maintain any of the gains?
Off cycle with regular training over the last few years I dropped down to around 165 lbs. Because I’ve been doing a lot of endurance racing and I’ve got a light autocross car I’ve upped my cardio a ton and I watch what I eat - now I’m about 150 lbs.
Pretty confident I could easily get back to 170 within a few months if I decided to go back on cycle.
What I have never tried which I plan to play with in my 40s is HGH.
HGH is super expensive for what you get. It’s just nice cause there are few to no sides or long term repercussions. I have a prescription and have to fight my insurance every year because it costs $3500 a month for a few measly IU’s a day.
Your organs grow, along with like everything lol. Hgh gut like ronnie lol
well, if you’re taking Ronnie sized doses of anything it’s not going to be good for you lol. 20+ IU a day for months/years, you might as well have a pituitary tumor. HGH doesn’t cause organ growth, it can worsen pre-existing issues but you have to already be predisposed to it. You can’t get it from taking it
It is much, much cheaper than that on the internet.
Legit, trusted source? Otherwise best case you might be paying for oil and worst case it might be something much worse. I just had a 90 day lapse because my new insurance was dicking me around and I’ve done a ton of research…for every legit UG one out there like Riptropin, there are tons of frauds.
I laugh so hard when I see internet sites and UGL’s selling HGH pills/sprays/skin creams/god knows what else. If it’s not injected, it’s not HGH
No homo but OP post some pics, wanna see what you look like on the bike ride and going from 166 to 192
I can’t help but to feel like my iq has been cut in half by reading through some of this forum. If you honestly took the time to take methylated pro hormones you should A) be educated enough to not need to run to a doctor and understand post cycle therapy B) know that the BMI is beyond irrelevant and your liver enzymes are up due to oral compounds and C) not be asking around on a car forum there is bodybuilding forums for this shit if you really are that worried at one point I was 215lbs 5%bf… At 5"10 tall who gives a fuck about what a doctor says about your liver enzymes get off the shit before you go bald grow gynecomastia nipples and have erectile dysfunction your looking in the wrong places for help

Yeah let’s all share our progress selfies lol
Well played, roid rage noob
I don’t know if this article/study should have its own thread but its pretty funny that the people taking testosterone and not working out built more muscle than the natural guys working out lol
Old people who took the SARM Ostarine had similar results.
