short shifting a few hundred rpm early will give similar effects as having the boost turned down.
also, try to run a sneaky pete setup completely hidden so they don’t see it. they can ask to un hook the main setup, but will never see the hidden nitrous.
what about tranny, th350/400 or 4l60?

any real racer can sandbag… dont need to lower boost or etc to sandbag
exactly, it is called lift the throttle and only win by a little bit.
they have people down track watching which will report if/when you let up. short shift the gears to slow the car downand noone will ever no.
nice thought but auto shifts itself. backing off throttle would be the method for autos. and just pace the person next to you then open it up when needed
