If you are looking to buy a house, try butler county. or karns city school district.

Armstrong county property taxes are pretty much the highest around. I am going to try and find some land in the karns city school district in a year or two and build somewhere in the chicora, sarver, fenelton, cabot area.

Now that I think about it why not trying some where like west deer. They are in the sticks enough yet still close to do shit in town with everyone esle.

Again you would have to wait till your ready but its a thought.

Its really not that bad from Kittanning to Pittsburgh. Closer than Uniontown and a lot of the people that live south of the city. If I can find something in Freeport, thats only about a 20 minute drive to downtown. and 28 is pretty much a straight shot right into the city.

glad your not here durring the 28 construction…i live off rt8 in butler county…its cheap and not too far from armstrong county
