People dont know how to drive in it, which is understandable, because the average is something like 4" per yr or something. A bigger part is like Slack said, they do such a poor job of clearing the roads. The snow will be on the road for days getting packed down so you’re driving in it for a week.

that must be for fun for people who know how to drive in snow and like to fuck around… i wish it was like that sometimes up here…
