I put up 315 flat again yesterday…did 3 sets of 225 for 8-10 and 275 for 1 before maxing at the 315 too. I think i might have a lil more in me, but i tire myself out. I want to spend like 8more weeks training and then spend a week for just maxing out each muscle group just to see what i can do. Sounds dumb i know and im sure youre going to break my balls but fuck it idc.

Take a week off somewhere in there, your CNS will thank you!
