you have a great heart man, good guy and i like you a lot. you have the dedication but need guidence. i would help you but im so busy helping everyone else and there mother and still doing me to help. few suggestions i can make are eat 250g protein a day, 50g good fats (pb, evoo, omega3-6-9) and like 250g carbs a day. this will keep u at around 2500 cals and you will actually feed your body the right way.
see now heres the issue, after starving your body for so long putting it in that starvation state, once you do eat any kind of real food, it will want to store fat right away. so you will get fat before you lose weight again. but if you get guidance and do things right, keep the foods lean and not eat cheese and chips, you will do just fine.

I really dont feel like Im starving myself. I do eat a pretty big dinner at night and its usually a home cooked low fat meal (chicken, vegetables, etc) that my mom cooks. Sometimes Ill have a snack or two after dinner, usually a few pretzels or something like that.
I cut out eating crap for lunch like I always used to (chips, cheese, bagels, etc) and just eat an apple. I dont normally take a lunch break at work and just quickly eat the apple when I get a chance to. Ive never been big on breakfast so I just eat a cup of yogurt to put something in my stomach.
On the weekends Ill usually eat a little more than during the week, usually a few more snacks or something.
Ive never actually calculated whats in the foods I eat (calories, fat, protein, etc).
Right now Im right around 215 pounds. Down 30 pounds and a size in jeans since this time last year. I think Im also alot more toned than I was not too long ago and I can lift more than I could just a few months ago.
Since you told me I should squat and showed me I went from 90 pounds to a final set of 175 pounds (set of 4 reps). Ive also upped the weight on a few other machines/free weights that I do.
well I had to cut it down slowly. I usually do them in between sets of other things, kinda like a rest stop type deal.
Like Ill do one heavy machine/set, do abs and then another heavy machine/set. I did cut them out on my two cardio days though like this morning, just the bike for 22 miles.
